Almost week since it said it shipped and it hasn’t moved As title states, it told me days ago it had been shipped, yet the location hasn’t changed. I’m starting to believe this is one of those situations where I’ll never see my product

I bought 2 LED FIDGET SPINNERS and… I bought 2 LED FIDGET SPINNERS and neither of the 2 lights worked. I contacted their CS and they told me they couldn't do anything about it since they discontinued those batches. Apart from that, I bought a FIDGET CUBE and the quality of the product is not good either, it feels like cheap material. The box where the FIDGET CUBE comes in is better than the product itself. Debut and farewell I will not buy anything from this company again.

Great Product, poor mobile site The product is amazing. I love the cube, especially when my friend let me fidget with it. It helps scratch the gaming itch, while letting me focus on things that are more important. The buttons feel good, and they're reasonably priced for stocking stuffing. That being said, I ordered this on an iPhone SE 2020. The screen isn't that small, but let's just say it was extra difficult ordering, especially when the black Friday promos kept popping up. No shade on the product, but the mobile version of the site needs help IMO.

I strongly recommend any other fidget company over this one #1 There's no system in place to reach out to customers, either automatically or manually, when your order can't be fulfilled due to something you ordered going out of stock. You have to reach out to support yourself to learn this, no matter how many days late they are in fulfilling the order within the 3-5 business day window that you're charged money for. #2 When you select a shipping method, you're told how many business days it'll take to arrive and how much extra money you'll be charged for choosing that option. If it's not fulfilled within that time, support will tell you that they refuse to refund the shipping cost. They charge you money to not uphold their end of the deal, then essentially tell you 'too bad' when you call them out on this. #3 The shipping cost is unusually high to begin with given the extremely small size and weight of the object(s) you can order.
