Excellent service and communication and the team were so pleasant and helpful. Received both my first and second orders two days later. Will certainly order again and again 10/10

I never received the items ordered. I never received the items ordered. I wrote to the assistance but no one ever answered me. On the courier website the package is delivered on 29 July. I’d be curious to know who. I never signed anything.

I am waiting since November I am waiting since November, 25th 2022 for the deliver of the parcel. The tracking number which was provided is not helpful. I don’t find a useful provider to resolve. The support email address didn’t responded and I give a chance until 31.12.2022 to call back the money from PayPal. Very disappointing service for a in house merch shop.
