I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes… I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes by mistake I believe, but trying to navigate the website to try to find out about a replacement was difficult at best. Couldn't really get to a "contact us" point. I am not sure if replacement Barbie shoes are on the way to me. The fact that this item was very inexpensive is why i am not actively pursuing the issue. Also , Covid 19 issues are causing delays at the post office, so I am being patient

They were product and the product appears like the photograph The service of the clothes superstore was great. The items arrived on time and looked like the photographs. The dresses are not very high-quality especially the material they are made out of but the price would be indicative of that so I can’t say it wasn’t as advertised. I will have to see how well they hold up before deciding to purchase again

Nothing but positives Nothing but positives. A jacket with a burn hole in it, a woollen jumper with holes under the arms and a favourite pair of jeans with a broken fly zip - all mended within 7 days at a very reasonable price. Feels great to be able to repair clothes instead of throwing them away. Will 100% use them again.

the shoes were great the shoes were great, different styles and at realistic prices. however, I had asked a question as to if the choices I had made, maybe not all the choices but some, if they would fit curvy or tall Barbie and got zero response. seems if you have the option to ask, one should have the option to receive an answer. however, I did like them and most likely will order barbie shoes again
