My daughter placed an order for the… My daughter placed an order for the amount of $2.64 and I have the order cancel. I’ve had to contact them numerous times to get the charge reversed. They keep saying oh you need to call you need to contact the accountant department. send this to orders at Oriental and put me through a lot of loopholes just to get the funds back and since it was only pending authorization, Paypal couldn’t be contacted to reverse the charge, but I did reach out to them and they said the company had to manually do it because the company didn’t release the funds to do it and get it removed there is a lot of quality issues defective items and junk mail being in the package whine voucher burial stuff and all no one answers emails terrible never using them again

I originally was expecting a graduation… I originally was expecting a graduation banner on May 6th, but the banner came about four days later after placing the order. I will highly recommend ordering supplies & banners from this place!

Sad about Delivery I received my order today six days after ordering. The product was inspirational bags, they were larger than I imagined and looked stronger too. The box however seemed like someone had tried to open it as the tape was partly detached on either end where you can see the content inside. I live in New York City where packages are almost always being stolen by passersby. The delivery person placed the item on the front door and did not ring the bell. Anyone could have walked off with the item. Delivery should be mindful of this fact.
