After placing the order it took a few weeks for them to start working on it but once they did they were awesome about keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, a great experience Communication was a little lacking at the beginning, but the work done is amazing. Our dog truly believes that the plush is real as he keeps barking at it. Really recommend to pet lovers!

Super Realistic Clone But Lacked Communication I ordered a clone as a birthday gift for my sister who loves my dog. I saw many reviews talking about how responsive and informant they are with the process. I didn't receive any updates about the production/review for the clone. I ended up receiving it in the mail by surprise since I didn't know they finished it. The end product was incredibly realistic and similar to my dog so that was a pleasant surprise. I just wish that I was informed for review.
