Beautiful Crib and Dressser I purchased a crib and dresser for my daughter for her 1st child. Both pieces were delivered on time and the delivery people were very friendly and professional. Great customer service experience! I ordered a crib (and other peices of furniture that we fine) for my future grand baby and somehow the headboard of the crib was damaged during shipping. When I called BAMBI BABY I spoke with Joann Tassello who was super efficient in helping me with a replacement! She was amazing, what great customer service!! I received a replacement right away and it was perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again :)

Delivery was a nightmare Delivery was a nightmare Order was shipped via Nonstop Delivery and that name couldn’t be more wrong. It took more than month and then it ended up being damaged in transit and I didn’t learn that until I called. Next one came via UPS freight in a reasonable time.

It's always nerve racking spending thousands of dollars online and wondering how the furniture will arrive and if it will be the quality your expected.
