Worst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.

The games are well made fun for all ages. The games are super fun, easy to play and inclusive for all the family members. Hours of competitive fun! Game - Better than electronics My grandchildren (4) enjoyed this game so much that they wanted to continue playing it rather than watch a movie or play electronics. There was so much laughter between them. I would definitely recommend this game.

Great customer service and a wonderful product. The quality of the games are great. They are fun for all ages. We had a slight problem with a puppy and a block from Stack Royale. Lindsey answered my text and email and went over and above to help us get back to playing the game. Awesome customer service.
