I would shop at Serious Puzzles again… I would shop at Serious Puzzles again because they have so many jigsaw puzzles and shipping was fast. I had a missing piece of my puzzle and they offered to give me a new puzzle or credit for a different puzzle. I thought this was fair. The customer service person I talked to was nice with trying to work with me.

Great Customer Service! They have a great selection of high quality puzzles and wonderful customer service. We got a wrong puzzle in our order and they let us keep it, while sending us the correct one free of charge. I will definitely order form them again!
