Bad customer service and business! I place two orders where my second order came I sent email to helipal to receive an email telling me to wait till the next month. Don’t order from this company they will not own up to anything that may be their fault. Bad business in my opinion.

Helipal are strangers to the truth I placed an order for a camera with a 6 day delivery and was told that due to the virus I would have to pay £16 extra to get the delivery otherwise wait another 40 days. I have told them to cancel and refund me, guess what? I have not heard from them since. Nothing but a load of thieving crooks. Stay away. Time to involve PayPal Update, having involved PayPal I get a snotty email informing me that I am blacklisted along with their suppliers ??? So, some good has come out of this fiasco. Lets see how long I have to wait for my funds. Update. After involving PayPal and Helipal "blacklisting" me they responded after 5 attempts at contacting them by delighting in telling me they will not co-operate with PayPal. Take my advice and stay away from these people.
