Had issue but it was quickly fixed The first gun I received was used and broken but after a quick email I received a new one. I received the broken gun two days after ordering so I’m guessing there was a shipping mix up.

Paid for expedited shipping but… Paid for expedited shipping but according to their delivery update, it will arrive around the standard shipping time-frame. A little disappointing but not the biggest deal in the world. I submitted an email about getting a refund for the expedited shipping and haven't heard anything back. So no package and no word on a refund. Willing to change my review upon receiving the product and after getting an answer, but as of now, I think 2 stars is fair. Update: Got a response shortly after this review. Was able to get the refund and was given a reason as to why the package was late. Being given the update sooner would have been nice but at least they followed up.
