The item is poor quality for the price The item is poor quality for the price. Came poorly packaged and pieces were falling out. Very fragile, several pieces were broken in box. Box lid doesn't stay on. excessively small pieces. I love puzzles but most likely won't bother attempting this one.

Awkward Design Execution Overall I found it difficult to request replacement puzzle pieces. For the howling wolf, the animal puzzle pieces are not as well done as I expected; some are too fragile and arrived with broken legs. I also do not see the relevance of including lion shapes in a wolf puzzle resulting in the puzzle's theme becoming lost. Also, the Marian puzzle is a good idea, but it is ruined by the awkwardly shaped specialty pieces of demons. The first piece I pulled out was a fat, cartoonish demon, which I did not like at all. Finally, the puzzle boxes were not made well enough as they are hard to keep securly closed. Overall, I am disappointed.

We are senior adults with no children… We are senior adults with no children or pets living with us - the very pretty koala and child puzzle has 2 pieces missing from the child's ear. We believe we did not loose them. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know.

Excellent puzzles Puzzles are excellent a little slow getting here but I really enjoyed completing it. I now have 3 done and one more to finish

Great customer service - implementation a little rough I ordered two puzzles shortly after Christmas. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email with an order number, which I found worrying. I reached out to the company, and they were able to provide one. It then took FOREVER to ship the puzzles out. I waited two weeks, contacted customer service again, and the CS team got the puzzles to me ASAP. Much to my disappointment, the puzzle was largely straight edges and didn't hold together. Contacted CS a third time and they redesigned and shipped a (better) replacement for free. Frustrating experience, but their customer service team really worked hard to make me happy. And the final product is beautiful and well made.
