Tony was GREAT- quick to reply and applologize and made it right, fast! The sculpture made it in time for the birthday and is now beautifully displayed in my friends house.

Got it as a gift... Truly amazing! I got a Sapphire Square Wave as a present and I adored it from the very first moment! Truly a unique and unexpected gift... I keep it in my room on the stand and every time I pass by I can't help but giving it a spin. I could spend hours playing with it, it's better than watching Netflix! Plus, the manufacturing is excellent.

Absolutely shocking costumer service Absolutely shocking costumer service. Paid nearly £300 for a gift for my partner to then receive a bill from fedEx for £50 shopping fees. I was not aware of this before hand or i wouldn’t of placed the order. Legally you must be noticed of shipping fees upon checkout which I was not. Contacted the company to be told the small print states you may or may not be charged shipping, with no mention of the extreme amount in which it is. Absolutely appalling.

The product came from Europe and I was able to easily track the delivery to my son in Canada.
