GBPoor quality control Dice were delivered 2 months after placing the order. Communication was sketchy, but workable. When dice arrived, the gold flake was settled to one side on nearly all of the dice so that when some numbers are rolled, you can't see the flake at all. I was told this is common. I was offered a partial refund to keep the dice or a full refund if I return them at my expense. The other set I ordered did not have the flake, and seemed fine. My daughter did not want to wait another 2 months for a replacement. The anticipation of the dice with the long wait, and poor quality control lead to my rating. If you need customer service, use the chat and you should get an email response. That email will have a link to the chat, so save it and check back periodically for a response. I did not get notified of communication outside of the initial email.

GBGorgeous Dice! Took a little time due to shipping, but the dice I ordered are perfect! They're a gift for one of my GM's, and he loves them. They're high-quality and gorgeous. Thank you!

GBNo communication, long delays There was a problem with manufacturing the dice, so there was a large delay. Unfortunately I wasn't told this. Had to keep chasing it up and kept being told it would be another week until delivery. After 5 weeks I asked for my money back. Unfortunately this could have been avoided if I was just told what was happening in the first place.
