Update Update: still haven’t heard anything from mayoulove yet nor did we get the backpack . I have notice that some people are saying they have received good customer service from this company or have some sort of contact with the company. My question is if why aren’t you assisting other reach this company to resolve their issues? Like email or contact information. Unless it’s no truth to your comment. I’m just asking.

I received an answer almost immediately and they confirmed it would be no problem to fix the order. Amazing service and my daughter loves her backpack set!!!

FRAUDSTERS! DO NOT BUY!!!! FRAUDSTERS. DO NOT BUY!!!! Chinese company. Terrible customer service. I bought from them and the day after I was refunded with no explanation as to why. I sent multiple daily messages and when they eventually did get in touch, they explained that the package had been lost in the post. How could it be lost when it hadn't even been dispatched and I'd literally just bought the item!? They then had the cheek to ask me to re order and they'd send me a new set! Complete and utter fraudsters. Please don't buy anything from them. They just want your money!!!!
