I really hope this site is legit... I really hope this site is legit... I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on their site over a week ago and have not received ANY update to my order (the status has remained "awaiting fulfillment"). I have also not received a response to any follow-up email sent.

DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered an item on the 5th December 2022. It was charged to my credit card 6th December 2022. Today is 7th February 2023 and I still have nothing! I have emailed them 3 times and 3 times they have ignored them. I have called their number and a recorded message tells me their "inbox is full"! I have FaceBook messaged them - nothing! I also note that the 25% of their 1 star reviews here on Trust Pilot have a standard response "We have contacted the customer privately via email." Let's see if they say anything more significate on this review!
