AUI suspect this website is fraudulent I suspect this website is fraudulent. The Australian address featured on their website is actually 'one of their distribution partners', their lead times are grossly inaccurate (add about 3 weeks to their 3-5 day delivery promise). I bought Christmas presents on Dec 6th and received them after the new year. They price in AUD, and only when you check your bank statement do you realise they actually charge in USD. I will be contesting the charge on my credit card as fraudulent. Customer service rep 'Milly' is a bot with generic AI responses.

AUI ordered the little Carpenter Toolkit… I ordered the little Carpenter Toolkit Playset for a friend’s son who had just turned three…he was absolutely delighted with his gift. This toy is well made and completely safe for his age and older and encourages imaginative play. Also thank you Sara for the prompt and efficient customer service.

AUBuyer Beware While I have no complaint about the products ordered I find the website very deceptive. When searching ‘Little Learners ToysAustralia’, the site comes up, it presents as Australian there is a Villawood, NSW address provided in the info dropdown with an Australian flag. HOWEVER the pricing does NOT state US dollars leading you to have no reason to doubt it’s AUD pricing. It wasn’t till after checking out with PayPal and getting my receipt that I got the real price which was ridiculous. One of the items I purchased that ended up costing me $40 AUD I could have purchased off eBay or at most shops for $14.95 with free delivery. DO BETTER! BE TRANSPARENT!

GBBEWARE--CHECK RETURN POLICY AND COST This is the worst company ever. If something doesn't work like their Giant Jelly balloon Balls you can't return them!~ As a matter of fact, you can't return anything from them because the return shipping cost is 5 x the amount you spent. I rarely write a bad review but BEWARE

AUNever deal with this company Wow what an absolute saga! This company has been the pits. Ordered a couple of sets of radios for Christmas in October last year, naturally radios weren’t opened till December and one didn’t last a day! So when we sought technical support none was given instead we were told they only had a 1 month warranty from time of purchase! Unbelievable. Then after much too-ing and fro-ing FINALLY we were able to negotiate a replacement to only be replaced with radios that although looked identical were not compatible with the ones we already had so kids couldn’t use to talk with one another. When questioned this we were told yes that was the case and they were not going to do anything about it. This whole saga has cause much disappointment and stress, can not stress enough not to deal with this company
