Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. I had cancelled my subscription yet they sent me a box, even though I had emailed them telling them with over one month in advance to please cancel. Once the box arrived, I emailed them again explaining the situation & hoping then would do something about it since they charged me without my permission. Well they did absolutely nothing about it except offer a discount? What a HORRIBLE company & customer service. Would NOT recommend to anyone ever.

Newborn diapers leak everytime! We have tall newborn, 54cm. We have been using these diapers for the last 3 days and our babys is 7 days old. We are using the newborn version of the diaper line. These diapers have consistently leaked through two layers of clothes and into the basinette and poopsplosions go right up the back. These diapers may work better for older children, but they outright suck for newborns. Buyer beware, spend the extra $$ and do right for your newborn.

Great Customer Service and good quality products! I absolutely love their diapers and wipes! The wipes are mostly water which is great and gentle on baby's skin. They are textured which helps with wiping off. Their overnights ended up being my favorite of any brand and were included with the subscription! Needless to say, the diapers are adorable. We used their subscription service and loved it while we had it! We forgot to cancel the service and were charged after my baby no longer needed diapers. Their customer service was amazing and quick! They were able to immediately refund my card and cancel the order and subscription. This company is incredible, 11/10 recommend :)

My daughter is one and we have always… My daughter is one and we have always used pampers at night and then the Walmart parents choice brand during the day. I bought these diapers to try them and they immediately gave my daughter a horrible rash. She doesn’t have sensitive skin and no other diaper has caused a reaction in her 12 months of life.

We love daytime, nighttime and the bundle! We loved that with Hello Bello our son no longer had diaper rash! Now that they also have nighttime diapers we are even more thrilled —the daytime don’t hold as much so our son had wet jammies sometimes, but with the nighttime diapers everything is absorbed! The convenience of the bundle that ships automatically I don’t have to worry about the diapers being in stock in the store.
