GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I was informed one item I picked out was out of stock and they told me I could pick something else out around the same price. I told them what I’d like instead (it was a couple dollars more) and without any hesitation, they replaced it with the new item. They also kept me posted with tracking and shipment updates throughout. The quality of the clothes was good and the outfits are adorable!

GBI’ve purchased several pieces from… I’ve purchased several pieces from Lenny Lemons since my daughter was born. The first few purchases were hit or miss, some great quality pieces and some not so much. I decided I wanted to ensure my infant was wearing high quality fabrics so I put LL on pause for a bit. She’s a toddler now and I went back to try a few more pieces out and we couldn’t be happier. The shipping times have drastically improved, my items arrive in good condition, the pieces themselves are both adorable and at a great price point. Will definitely be trying out the infant options with baby number 2!

GBShipping delays, but responsive team I ordered my daughter's outfit on September 4th. Today is November 5th and it still has not shipped to me. A very nice person reached out to me today to give me an update on my order and asked if I would prefer a refund instead. I am very appreciative of their friendly and helpful customer service.

GBItems shipped quick but shipping seemed… Items shipped quick but shipping seemed to take awhile. Their customer service is amazing. One of my items was delivered to the wrong address and they immediately sent a replacement and kept me up to date via email with tracking. Super cute clothes and good quality.

GBI have been left hanging waiting on customer service for response About four years ago I bought some things for my granddaughter from Lenny lemons. I loved my items then. Today I was shopping on their site, and was offered a 20% off my order so I created a account. I selected about $300 worth of merchandise, never received a 20% off code. So I called their customer service. She had me on the phone for 15 minutes and at the end of said call, I received no help at all but to send an email to their customer service. Total waste of my time. If I receive assistance from customer service in the next 24 hrs I will update my review.
