GBWorst service ever! I placed the order Friday. I needed them Sat. so I even called before I ordered to make sure they would deliver by Sat. The representative said they would be delivered by Sat. I called again Sat. 3p, I have not received them yet. Representative tells me Fedex will deliver by 9p. 9p, still no diapers. I call and representative tells me there is a hold on the order because of an issue with billing address. What??? You couldn't have told me that earlier? My 7 month old has no diapers left. They tell me they can deliver by Monday?! Yeah, I'll just tell my 7 month hold it until Monday. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

GBI purchased a defective car seat I purchased a defective car seat. I have waited over a month for my "refund check" to arrive. Their customer service team are rude, as well as, inept. Every day I call I am told I will be contacted within 24hrs with a response. I will never purchase from this site again. Buyers Beware !

GBPrices aren't the best I tried buying formula and diapers on diapers.com but when I reviewed other sites like drugstore.com, they had much better pricing. Sorry diapers.com...

ITexcellent experience! i purchased two products on sunday night and got them on monday! Now I read that they ship in over 50 countries. And even though I thik they cannot deliver THAT quickly worldwide, I still think they offer a great variety and excellent service. Highly recommended!

DKLOVE diapers.com We no longer live in the US, but when we're there, we've been stocking up on what we need from diapers.com. Love the free 2-day delivery, and they generally have everything we need. Occasionally you can find cheaper prices on a few items somewhere else if there are sales going on, but I don't think its worth the hassle to shop around and order from multiple sites when I can just go to diapers.com.
