Amazon UK selling it with incomparable reflector. Bought from Amazon UK for my daughter iPad but when arrived found the reflector is not compatible with it needed a replacement. On there website found out it will be replaced free of cost as it’s a known issue. Followed all instructions for request the replacement and got reply quickly but it has never arrived. Finally after 3 weeks they said it only replaced in the USA and can not be replaced in the UK. Very very disappointed..and it reflects the reviews as well.

What a sham What a sham, bought a stick vacuum, absolute piece of rubbish. Requested a refund as the product that arrived has no relation to what was described on their site. Complete waste of money and their customer service team has stopped replying.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before… I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying their stick hoover. I went by other reviews, which were clearly fake. No one returning my emails for return. I'm stuck with a really useless product. Took ages to arrive from China. Scam seems to be the word.

If there was a minius star I would have… If there was a minius star I would have chosen that. What a rip off? Did not even work a little bit. Should have flush 200 dollar down the toilet…. Do not buy pano colour blind glasses it is a scam they don’t work all u can’t see put them everything is pink… such a disappointment

The concept is good The concept is good, however, in their attempt to generate revenue off of parents they have made the product unnecessarily complicated to use with multiple apps clunky user interfaces, and the need to subscribe sign up over and over again. I attempted to set everything up used it once and never wanted to deal with it again. Could be a good product but need to design it as a system.
