No news after this. No estimated date of arrival. I believe you should follow up and commit on arrival dates since it is already paid. It would be nice if you could respond and follow up. Edgar mains stink Everytime I play soloes, there have to be at least 3 Edgars. He's also broken, nerf him. You try to hide in a bush? He'll jump you. You try to run away? He'll jump you. You try to attack? He'll jump you. He's horridly overpowered. The only thing you can do is not even get involved with them in the first place.

Not the item shown in advertisement Too bad, the plush is not the one like the image shown, the one I received only costs like US$6 on Chinese Taobao. Won’t purchase anything again, so angry that even buying through official site I still get a piracy item.

Dissapointing service I ordered two t-shirts for my boys and recieved an order confirmation with a tracking number but the courier is not specified. I have written to customer service but there is no reply as of yet. Update: I did recieve the package but I never got answer from customer service.
