I pre-ordered a Sasuke rinnegan and… I pre-ordered a Sasuke rinnegan and sharingan Funko pop on August 11th I still haven’t received my confirmation number or anything else I haven’t heard anything else from you guys.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I pre ordered a Wanda funko pop bobble head back in May 2021. It was supposed to be shipped by August, never received it. I have emailed them and did finally get a response. They said it was delayed and delivery was pushed to September. Then I was told it was pushed to October! Now they won’t respond to any calls, texts nor emails. I’m afraid they have stolen my money and I’m out a gift. Won’t be making that mistake again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Shady business Purchased an item got my order confirmation then they canceled my order saying I canceled myself, which is a lie. Also claiming they sold out when they listed the exact same item I purchased for almost double the price of retail, very shady business. Surprised they still have accounts with vendors when their operating a store the way they do.

I felt very confident about my purchase… I felt very confident about my purchase from Mutant Mania. They kept me informed on the status and delivered as promised. Highly recommend Mutant Mania :)

Another scam company Another scam company. Ordered a funko pop and have never received item. They took money in minutes and do not answer any attempts to contact them. I have reported them to the better business bureau!
