Be ware Be ware! Dog chew toys do not work. Will brake in mins. They scammed me out of my money!

Fake claims of replacement toys Bought the blue bear for my Labrador cross. She chewed holes in it quite quickly so I contacted customer service. They suggested 2 cheap plastic toys instead. I said I didn’t want the plastic toys, I wanted a replacement blue bear. They said they would send me the blue bear but I would need to pay 10 USD shipping costs. Reluctantly I paid it and they sent me the 2 plastic toys! I complained and they said it had been an error. They said they would send the blue bear but asked me to pay more shipping costs! I told them I had paid shipping costs and been sent the wrong items but they will not send the blue bear unless I pay more shipping costs. I won’t pay them any more money. The blue bear is a nice toy but don’t take any notice of their fake claims that they will replace like for like.

Very horrible customer service Very horrible customer service. Could not ship the item I purchased, offered to send me something else if I would pay a shipping charge. Said that shipping was my fault because I live on a remote island. I live in South Carolina. All for me a 30% refund but I never received the product. Told me USPS lost the items. The Postal Service told me they never shipped the items. This is a scam company!

I agree with everything James said I agree with everything James said. Bought it because it said „extra tough“. My dog destroyed that thing (that cost 30$!!! mind you) in 10 minutes! Nothing tough about it! I was also offered only a 30% refund, which is an absolute joke!!! Stay away from this company!

Terrible toys, even worse customer service Terrible toys - the company uses false advertising and doesn't refund when toys don't hold up (the 'indestructible' toy I got didn't even last 5 minutes), even after agreeing to process a refund. I also left a review describing my experience on their website and it never showed up.
