Ordering from AmericaRx was a frustrating, unsatisfying experience. Customer service is appalling. I recently order a t00 count of an anti-inflammatory product and received only 100. After two frustrating calls to "customer service," during which I was asked to read numbers on the box and bottle (which I did) and finally being asked to send pictures of both, I gave up. My impression is that fulfillment and so-called customer service are thousands of miles apart. Stay away from this company.

Absolute 100% scam Absolute 100% scam. Dishonest. Will take a customer's money, yet never send the products. Will lie nonstop. Phone message service is full and cannot take any calls. Has been full for 3+ months.

11 OUT OF 11 BURNED CONSUMERS SAY -"STAY AWAY!" Same thing- amazingly outrageous charge for shipping. As soon as I saw this I started firing off emails - amazon is a Big part of this - got basic screw you's. Package finally ! Arrived just now. I am returning unopened package thru p.o. - I won't be charged as long as unopened- with email to "americarx", and/or "myotcstore" stating contents and RETURN POSTAL NUMBERS , explaining that I EXPECT FULL, IMMEDIATE REFUND. DO NOT! "MESS" WITH ME. I will then help them to understand that I am !@"#^^^*! SERIOUS by writing in no mincing terms on their Facebook page and TWEETing their Wayward Ways to the world. TRY IT, not only has it worked, but you'll feel much better...

Complete Fraud My wife not knowing any better went on Walmart.com to order some paraffin that was $14.99, unknowingly while at work she hit the button for this rip off company and ended up paying double for the same exact product. It did come in two days, but we can't return it and her not being an online shopper did not realize that Walmart does not have anything to do with these other companies. I blame them as well, but most online retailers seem to be doing the same thing and I'm guessing they are getting kick backs for advertising. Anyway, be carefull with these crooks.

Order from americarx BAD IDEA !!! Company had to change name because of BAD reviews. It's now americarx, it's a SCAM !! Gave me wrong tracking number for DHL !!! number not even close to DHL number. Company has had different names myOTCstore, Darisi inc plus other. STAY AWAY SCAM. READ for yourself !!
