Ordering from AmericaRx was a frustrating, unsatisfying experience. Customer service is appalling. I recently order a t00 count of an anti-inflammatory product and received only 100. After two frustrating calls to "customer service," during which I was asked to read numbers on the box and bottle (which I did) and finally being asked to send pictures of both, I gave up. My impression is that fulfillment and so-called customer service are thousands of miles apart. Stay away from this company.

Complete ripoff Complete ripoff. I placed an order with Walmart on Jan 8, 2023 for Gold Bond foot cream. My credit card was charged $26.30 on Jan 11, 2023. The product has not been delivered. I've followed up with AmericanRx at least 3 times to complain only to be given the run around. I'll never order from Walmart again unless Walmart is the seller. No more 3rd party vendors.

Not a good experience My order included 6 stick deodorants, all of which had the caps off. Fortunately, only one had dried out, but still that shows pretty bad negligence in packing.

I ordered a two pack of the Gillette… I ordered a two pack of the Gillette deodorant with the blue power beads. The order came and it was just regular deodorant. I called Amazon to complain and was sent the wrong one again. After reading reviews I see this is a common thing with this company. They charge for the better product and send you the lower quality less expensive product. I feel ripped off and something needs to be done. I think I'm going to the BBB on this scam company.

Website issues The website is very slow and stalls on any secure pages. There is no way to know if your order has processed, as it will not continue to the "confirmation" pages. Phone service is not from the US, and I suspect the website is also managed overseas. With the risk of double billing and order failures, I will not order from them again.
