The venue was perfect for a dinner party. We were early by 10 minutes and were allowed access. The venue was clean. Response before, during and after was always good. Convenient to a train station. Parking availability wasn't great but doable.

Wonderful wonderful space you guys are… Wonderful wonderful space you guys are so professional you provided us with everything. We need it when we need it how we needed it I would recommend you guys to anybody who especially is a creative. Thank you again for the experience.

The place had plenty of tables &… The place had plenty of tables & chairs, so all of our guests were able to sit down. It's spacious, and it was easy to hook up the stereo to my iPhone to play Spotify for background music (I don't know if there's a wifi available or not -- I had all the songs pre-downloaded onto my phone).

Easy to Navigate I was pressed for time to find event space for my brother’s repast in lower Manhattan, for 40-50 people. I was able to filter my specific needs and focus on the spaces that met my criteria. The website is easy to navigate and it lists great event spaces to choose from. I am more than pleased with my selection and would definitely use my host and Splacer again.

It has been more than two weeks sent… It has been more than two weeks sent our space was rented and we have yet to be paid from Splacer. It's been a constant variety of excuses from them but still no payment. Feels very much like a scam.
