Great to work with! Access Event Solutions did a great job printing the name badges for my recent conference. They are easy to work with, very responsive, and reasonably priced. I will use them for name badges for all of my upcoming conferences.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not only did it take over a week to hear back from anyone at Access initially, it took days at a time for them to respond to us again. It was explicitly stated at least 5 times before placing our order that we needed colored dots on the bottom of the back of each badge. The colors were different for each person. I had sent the list to be merged that included the colored dot assignments. You completely ignored me every time I stated this, even when I asked if you had any questions. When it became so close to our deadline that we had no choice but to say "Approved," we trusted that you understood our needs. You obviously did not care. We should receive at least 50% off this entire order. You not fulfilling what we asked for caused us hours of work onsite. The entire process was so frustrating. To open our badges onsite seeing they were wrong, it was so disappointing.

Reliable, Speedy, & a great product! The Access Event Solutions team are super easy to work with and provide a great product! I've used them twice now and will continue to do so in the future. I'm a high school theatre teacher and use them as keepsakes for the students but also to give them a "professional" feel. They wear their laminates with pride! The quality of the laminates is great. I've gotten the laminates in less than a week after ordering. Plus they give you a little bag of candy! Thanks Seth and team!
