GBWhen I first contacted the person who… When I first contacted the person who helped me set up the event, the sales representative, I provided the addresses and emails of employees. Still, I later had to upload the same information once I paid. If you provide a service for busy people, we want to do as little as possible. We want the white glove service, not extra added work to do. Also, an employee did not receive one of the kits, and I had to pay an additional fee to replace it. Also, there was not one final charge upfront; I made the first payment and then was asked for an additional invoice for international shipping fees, which should have been included in the total first payment. The one great thing i did love was the host of the event and how fast the items were shipped out.

GBWe Had a Blast Escaping! Our host, Jorge, was really fun and helped us get settled in and comfortable so we could enjoy ourselves. We were a group of 9, split into two groups, and we both had a blast trying to escape (SPOILER: WE DID!).

GBA really great experience that was… A really great experience that was calming, relaxing, and a perfect mid-day bonding activity for my team! Jen was great and had a perfect balance of downtime, learning about the history of candles, and chatting. Would definitely book again with her!

GBLeading up to the event I was nervous… Leading up to the event I was nervous because I was communicating with someone online and I usually have the instructor's name and contact info and deal directly with them while planning the event but everything was perfect. I received the instructors name days before the event and was able to finalize a few details. She was great!

GBTeam event was great! The event was fun and the level of interaction between the team was impressive. We all had a great time getting to know each other. This is exceptionally good for remote teams. We will be back for 2nd go at the event!
