My new source for tickets! The website is very easy to use and made comparing seat locations and pricing very convenient. Knowing the price upfront takes the guesswork out of your final cost which I really appreciate. When I didn’t receive the tickets the day after the purchase I was contacted by phone to explain that tickets wouldn’t be released by the venue until a few days later but was assured that the tickets were guaranteed and that I could finalize travel arrangements without concern. Now that is customer service! I will use TFL again for sure!

Purchased tickets day of event I purchased my tickets the day off a cardinals baseball game past the scheduled start time. Initially, I was concerned about receiving the tickets, because the estimated time of delivery was the next day. I called customer support due to my concern, and I was assured the tickets were being delivered. As expected, the tickets were delivered timely and were easily accessible through the MLB Ballpark app. I was pleased with the price of the tickets and the delivery fee. Considering the service fees of other ticket sellers, this fee was completely acceptable. Overall, I had an excellent experience through Tickets For Less.
