GBI'd give etix a rating of zero if only… I'd give etix a rating of zero if only possible. What a horrible website; it runs you in circles and you can never actually get to a page to pay for the tickets you've selected.

GBI purchased a ticket to Chris Tomlin I received an email saying they had no copy odf a ticket for me, and/or that the event had been canceeled. I ordered the ticket on etix sight, my ticket has the etix logo on it. I think it is also important to say that there is no direct way for me to respond directly to them on email they sent nor to call them...PI purchased the ticket on etix website, the ticket mailed to me has etix log. And all you have to say is I didn't buya ticket and block me from respondidng. Thats may even be worse than scalping...,., I purchased a ticket to Chris Tomlin. There were three near front seats available at a price that i was told just under 300.00 which is what I paid. I get a ticket with Cheryl Nudo's name on it and the total price says 116.00. I decided to check Vivid Seats and their seats next to mine are 215.00 at present. Whats up with that? I had no idea you were a scalping organization. # 332138259/ 293.06 Buyers Beware!!!
