GBTailgate Party Confusion I was really disappointed in the Tailgate directions and ended up missing it. We're from our of town and followed instructions given which looked like it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead. The paper said across the street but when asking locals it was all confusion and we missed it because we parked inside arrowhead and if we left we would have to pay again.The tickets were ok and the g card were easy to use. Had a great time and would go again. This is 4th trip. I just won't buy the tailgate tickets.

GBTicket Club Membership Can Pay for Itself After Just One Order Ticket Club provides the solution for buyers to avoid the outrageous fees ticket resellers charge. I'm happy to pay for a membership to avoid all the fees. I found Ticket Club while searching for 3 tickets to a game several hours before kickoff. While there were a lot of tickets available, the best deal I could find was $128/ticket + $58 in ticket and order fees. Ticket Club had the same tickets at $118/ticket and no fees. I saved $88 on the order by paying $50 for my first year membership. I'm up $38 by using Ticket Club and will likely use them 2 or 3 more times in my first year. So the Ticket Club membership can pay for itself even if you buy tickets just the one time. I'm so glad I found them and hope they're able to stick around for a long time.

GBCarolina Panthers Tickets I purchased Carolina Panthers (NFL tickets) in June for an October game. I received the link to download the tickets same day and was able to save them to my Apple Wallet. We had zero issues receiving or using the tickets. When coupled with the stellar price we will definitely be purchasing tickets through Ticket Club again.

GBAgent did everything he said he would Agent did everything he said he would. I received the alternate tickets and received notice that a partial refund was in process.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful, do not use ticket club, I won’t ever use them again, staff members don’t communicate at all and had to make 5/6 web chats to get through to the right person to sort my tickets! If you don’t claim your tickets within 48 hours you may loose the tickets and your money even if your event is 5 months away! I nearly did as the website was poor and kept coming up with an error sign
