GBThankful for Judi! I was skeptical with Wonderbox at first since it seemed as though I was jumping through various hoops and never quite landing on what I needed. However, I was able to contact customer service and work with Judi who was excellent. He was able to not only activate my lost gift card, but also send me the voucher for the restaurant I needed for the same night! So thankful for his help!

GBWorst Customer Support I ordered a Wonderbox and have been following when it was supposed to be shipped. It was supposed to ship 5 days ago so I decided to reach out to Customer Support to get an update on the status. I emailed them and the only response was for my order number, I sent it and then no one gets back to me. I have tried calling multiple times and it keeps saying their support center is closed when everywhere I look on their website says they are open 9am-5pm. I am getting so frustrated that I spent a lot of money and expected the gift to be delivered BEFORE Christmas but I can't even get ahold of someone. I read another recent review about them kind of complaining about the same issue and when they said they aren't convinced this is an actual company, I am actually starting to agree. I will never purchase from this company again nor would I ever recommend it.

GBSports and adventure gift box test I was given a sports and adventure gift box for Christmas and for a first experience with this brand I was remarkably impressed. Being able to choose from a range of pre-selected offerings allows you to enjoy activities you might not have experienced on your own. In my case, jetskiing in the upper bay on those first spring days was extremely satisfying. I recommend and will not hesitate to gift of a wonder box in turn.
