Money back I had purchased tickets through vivid seats for Keith urban in Vegas. Putting in the exact date I wanted to see him. Somehow the date got switched when I purchased and vivid seats basically said I’m sol! And ticket master blamed everyone else. Needless to say I was out almost $1,000 due to the venue never making the tickets available for resell. I didn’t get the best cash back but thanks ticket rescue for what you did give me.
