Great customer service! … I had accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong date. I emailed them and explained and they got back to me immediately and told me what to do in order to get the right date and get a refund for the incorrect date. It worked out easily. Great customer service!

The Ticketing Co were amazing to work… The Ticketing Co were amazing to work with and make the entire ticketing processing easy for our event. We were able to see live reports from ticket sales as well as when tickets were scanned. Their team are super friendly, helpful and responsive.
