Amazing Day-of Service, Platform itself just OK Amazing Day of Service, Customer Service platform lacking. There are two parts to this review: the actual event staff, and the actual process/ platform for booking. -The event staff was absolutely incredible!!! I wish that I got his information- all three of them went ridiculously above and beyond and were instrumental in our wedding day success. -Booking felt like a gamble. PS has a very underdeveloped website and request platform, I was wondering for months if they were going to be able to find someone, and once they did find someone to work my event communication was spotty. I am glad to see that the website has improved, and the more reviews that are out there the better.

Great from beginning to end! The communication and assistance before the event helped us to ensure that things went smoothly. The sommelier was knowledgeable and able to assist with questions we had prior to the event as well as remain in command of the audience at the time of the event (which was a challenge with our group!). Well done and would definitely work with Personal Sommeliers again.

Chaz was Amazing-The Best Bartender My daughter's wedding was lively and fun in part to the great bartending of Charles "Chaz" DeGaxiola. Great experience, he was warm and friendly, our guests loved him.

Many said it was the best event ever! Thank you for being so accommodating despite last-minute changes that were out of our control. I highly recommend Personal Sommeliers for any and every type of event! Ours was for business, but it felt like a wedding!
