The fantastic service makes the product stand above any other ticker sales system I have been using ezEvent for 2 years have have never had a problem that the service team couldn't help me with. They have helped me understand the product better so I do not need to rely on their help all the time. The product has helped me grow my business in ways I never thought could happen. I will never use another product

Fast and Easy I used ezEvent recently for a cancer fund raiser. The process to purchase tickets was super easy and the printout was immediately sent to my email. The event was excellent and the location was fantastic in NYC with great views of the skyline.

Ez Event took the stress out of running our annual outdoor concert. It was ez to use and we were up and running in no time. We really liked the instant notification every time tickets were sold. It was easy to organize our event and enjoy the show ourselves. One small issue is that many of our ticket purchasers claimed they could not print their tickets or could not link to the site at all. This was not my experience but that's what we were told by a few of our purchasers. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for that feedback. Looking forward to using EZ event next summer again.
