Our experience warranted a review... I felt my wife and I's trip from Texas to Playa del Carmen, MX warranted a review. We heard about Event Horizon Travel from a friend. As we had no idea where to stay, we asked EHT to recommend a place. We spoke with Deron at the company, and not only did he find the perfect resort for us, he also took care of all the arrangements with the resort too. When there was a small glitch upon arrival due to the resorts computer system, rather than my wife and I needing to deal with it taking time away from our fun there, Deron said, "Leave it to me", and we went off to enjoy ourselves. Bottom line, I used to think that going through an 'agent' or 'service' was only for those that couldn't handle reservations and logistics on their own and who didn't mind paying a little 'extra'. I now realize that not only does an agent or service add extra value to the experience, but EHT got us the best price too!
