I informed Roxanne I would prefer to wait for them to come in, she told me she would keep me posted as to when they are available and shipped. She did just that, defiantly went above and beyond with customer service to make sure we received our purchase.

I really enjoy working with Epic because if there is ever an issue with my order it is dealt with immediately. Usually you pay a premium for this kind of service but my research always brings me back to Epic from a competitive price standpoint as well. I will be tempted to not even shop my next purchase.......well,maybe not. Gotta keep them on their toes!

Best pricing, attractive, and durable I ordered 6' distance markers, which were the nicest design I could find on line. They also included the masking requirement, which is impossible to find. They arrived quickly, were the BEST price I could find (and I do A LOT of research), and seem as if they're durable enough to suit our outdoor spaces. I'll be ordering more for other areas of our campus.

No communication No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.
