Too close to deadline The tickets was sent to close to show date and didn't know where exactly we was sitting until the tickets came I don't think I will use this service again

Great Customer Service I wanted to purchase tickets online for The Nutcracker at Warner Theater. I experienced some problems, so I called to customer service. Pat was very patient with me and helped me get the best seats possible for the price. She gave me her extension to call her back so that I didn't need to go through all the "babble" when I called back...very much appreciated! I received the tickets via email the same day...very speedy and accurate. Only complaint is the service charge.
