MISLEADING AND DISHONEST I purchased 2 tickets and paid extra to be in an area a little closer to the stage, not just the Grandstand. When I got the e-tickets there was a name other than mine and the location was the Grandstand even though I paid $20 more per ticket to get better seats. I think saw that the venue itself was selling tickets for half of what I purchased them for through this site. Such a rip off.

A great deal! I've used TicketSpot twice and both experiences were excellent. I purchased tickets to a Yankees game in NYC and a Blue Jays game in Toronto last summer. The tickets were mailed to me quickly and were significantly less expensive than those through MLB.com. I will use TicketSpot again for future sporting events.

Super helpful! We got a great deal on our tickets. Then our game was cancelled. I called the 800 number for ticket spot to see if we could exchange our tickets for another game. The women that I spoke with was very nice, helpful and professional. She was able to find us other tickets.
