GBbeware: call concert venue before buying tickets The wife and I bought tickets to a concert in New Orleans shortly before a leaving to actually attend the concert. One arrival we found out the concert had been rescheduled. Frustrating part was our 1 hour drive there and back, $45 spent on an uber ride. I just wish we were not able to purchase tickets to a rescheduled concert in the first place. As customer service has told me, they aren't always aware of all cancelled/rescheduled concerts in time and they were unable to assist with any ticket refund or travel inconveniences.

GBWhat's up with the ticket transfer fees? I've bought from Mark's Tickets three times without any issues at all. The ticket transfer fees are very high, but I'm not sure if Mark's Tickets is taking a cut of those or if that's just what the seller is charging. It would be nice to see what that charge is going to be before I make my order, but if it seems to horrible, I guess I have the right not to finalize the order.

GBI was honestly not sure if this ticket… I was honestly not sure if this ticket website could be a scam or not, but I got the tickets to Kenny Chesney cheaper than buying them through the actual venue itself. Don't know how they did it, but I'm a customer and will continue to use them!

GBFantastic …for a… Stub hub had only garbage tickets…for a small markup I got front row through markstickets. E-tickets were delivered in 20 minutes and everyone at the stadium was like “whoa how did you get those seats.”

GBThe " customer service representatives"… The " customer service representatives" were the most rude "people" I've ever encountered in any service industry. They've tied up my account all weekend long. Still no tickets... And of course the price continues to go up daily. If you'd like you be spoken down to, then please go through Marks if you'd like to get what you've paid for go through a different vendor
