Don't get hung up on bad reviews! A lot of people are talking about getting scammed with vouchers and payment issues. It seems to me that they're getting hung up on that and not the flight itself. iFLY is more affordable and easier to access than traditional skydiving. I've done both, and while traditional skydiving is much better, iFLY offers a nice alternative to dip your toes in for cheaper. You get what you pay for. If you want the real thing, go pursue it.

Fantastic birthday experience!! Booked Manchester for a birthday treat for my 13 year old daughter. Amazing experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by the reception staff, advised where we could wait and everything explained. Matt was the instructor who took my nervous daughter. He was excellent with her, very calming and encouraging. So much so that we booked return tickets before leaving. Thank you for an amazing birthday experience!

Employees 5* Business Ethos 0* Found it quite difficult to give a rating for iFly as the company management from the top seems horrendous - only interested in making money not their customers, however the people working at iFly (the ones that have to abide by the company rules) are brilliant, really friendly, helpful and work hard. If I could give stars to the employees I dealt with I'd give 5. The business ethos get 0 stars.

GREAT EXPERIENCE GREAT STAFF I visited the Manchester ifly at the end of July as my son had been gifted two flights for his birthday, his instructor was called Matt and I honestly cannot thank him enough. So helpful and reassuring and put my sons mind at ease. he absolutely loved it! we even bout some more looking forward to the next flight.

Ifly 1/10 under new idiot management by kids Ifly 1/10 under new idiot managements. I’m a pro flyer. Torture of one hour to check in which caused two missed 10 minute flights. Flights were for 1 1/2 of time but it took 7 hours to finish . Unorganized kids running show. All great ex employees fled but one who is a scammer. Staff gets commission on flights so they decrease wind speed so you fail and need to ask for more time . $$$$$$. Toilets, floors filthy, all lockers broken, poor peripheral instructions causing injuries in tunnel. $1200 per hour for complete disorganization of hours of delays.
