GBAfter I booked this rental After I booked this rental, I read several reviews online that gave me an uneasy feeling leading up to our trip. However, everything went as planned and the vehicle was clean and ready upon my arrival. The one slight negative was that I paid for a mid size SUV, but received a small SUV in my opinion (Nissan Kicks). It was barely large enough for the 4 of us and our luggage. They do try and up sell insurance and the toll pass. You can use your own judgement on any "extras" you may need as we all have different situations. I hope this helps in your decision.

GB5-Star Luxury Resorts with HUGE SAVINGS! EXCELLENT 5-star resort options and packages! I have reward program accounts with numerous resorts in LV, AZ, CA and yet Boeing BENEPLACE still continues to amaze me. They offer rooms not available to the public and at highest discount rate possible. You can cancel, re-book, etc. Customer service is stellar! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

GBWORST experience, STAY AWAY Purchased flight ticket in Morning & wanted to change/cancel. Been on call since 1 hour waiting. I think they will deliberately try to have me cross 24 hr timeline so they could charge me. WORST experience ever. Will be recommending our leadership team to get rid of them.

GB"Oh yeah, by the way..." "An additional resort fee of $51.02 will be added to the nightly room rate and charged at the hotel" is a wild message to include AFTER a purchase is completed.
