GBQuite exceptional customer service I have never had such good customer service. When one of my old dogs died I was able to put off deliveries for several months to allow the other old girl to get through the Yumove Meg had left. Everything worked exactly as arranged. When Jess died and I needed to cancel deliveries altogether another very sensitive conversation with your staff. They are quite exceptional.

GBFirst Class Customer Care Support Service I've used Yumove/iMove Customer Care Support Services on 2 occasions & spoke to Lisa. The service, advice & guidance was first class. Initially I called about Yumove products and subsequently about the iMove product. Polite, courteous & very empathetic to my dogs condition. I have not used the products yet, however, the initial service & setup was impressive.
