GBBrown Paper Tickets and Events.com will not pay my small business what they collected for us We held an event through BPT in February of 2023 (after Events.com purchased BPT in October of 2022). They collected over $23,000 and promised payment within 10 business days. Almost a year later we haven’t received a penny of the funds BPT collected from our customers. All Events.com will do is say the usual “this was BPT not us, except Events.com had already acquired BPT. Numerous attempts to collect via an attorney have gone unanswered by Events.com. Pay us! We are a small business struggling and can really use the tens of thousands of dollars owed to us.

GBTotal scam Total scam, they are just like a Brown Paper Tickets and they intentionally mislead users to avoid paying out for events. Events.com claims they purchased Brown Paper tickets and would pay out all past events by now. That is a lie and I am still owed money 10 months later. They collected my personal data including bank information but had no intention to pay. It is basically bank fraud. Contact the local authorities if you are involved in an event with them.

GBDisgusted Disgusted! I too am waiting for payment from BPT since January and have contacted Events.com for help to resolve our nonpayment. No response. Our 4-H program is out around $7000 which should be going towards scholarships for our community youth. This is devastating and disgusting neither company will pay us our money! I filled out their acquisition query some weeks ago but still no response. I have now started contacting the businesses that are listing their events on BPT and warning them about what is happening!

GBI'm a volunteer with the Ogden Nature Center I'm a volunteer with the Ogden Nature Center and was putting their events on Spingo. Events.com is much harder for me and maybe it's not intended for non-profits. I don't even know which category to select for outdoor programming like summer camps or weekly nature events. I can choose leisure and family, I guess. The category idea is confusing for me. I thought I entered the info for an upcoming concert at the Nature Center and don't see it show up. The default always goes back to New York.

GBFake Company That OWes People a Lot of Money- Beware! This company is the worst when it comes to paying people the money they are owed. Their customer support is horrible. I have been trying to reach them for months, but all they got for me was an awful, automated response. Please beware and avoid doing business with them. Learn from my horror story.
