GBIt was a difficult process to create an ad The signing in and creating part of the ad building did not work properly. It would not save correctly. Things would save and then just disappear. The parameters for loading in art were not correct for the space allowed. And, lastly, there was no one available to help answer questions or help with these issues. The canned answers really were not sufficient.

GBDiscusted with payout wait Yup, another one waiting for a payout from an event that used BPT. Auto response, form to fill out, no response in over 5 months, now contacting legal services to try to get the money. Oh yes, it was a funder for hospital services, 8K owed. Nice work Events.com STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

GBFake Company That OWes People a Lot of Money- Beware! This company is the worst when it comes to paying people the money they are owed. Their customer support is horrible. I have been trying to reach them for months, but all they got for me was an awful, automated response. Please beware and avoid doing business with them. Learn from my horror story.

GBDisgusted Disgusted! I too am waiting for payment from BPT since January and have contacted Events.com for help to resolve our nonpayment. No response. Our 4-H program is out around $7000 which should be going towards scholarships for our community youth. This is devastating and disgusting neither company will pay us our money! I filled out their acquisition query some weeks ago but still no response. I have now started contacting the businesses that are listing their events on BPT and warning them about what is happening!

GBTotal scam Total scam, they are just like a Brown Paper Tickets and they intentionally mislead users to avoid paying out for events. Events.com claims they purchased Brown Paper tickets and would pay out all past events by now. That is a lie and I am still owed money 10 months later. They collected my personal data including bank information but had no intention to pay. It is basically bank fraud. Contact the local authorities if you are involved in an event with them.
