GBContacting Ticket Liquidator with a problem. We arrived at our venue, luckily 1.5 hours in advance only to find that our tickets were fraudulent. No fault of ticket liquidator, but to get thru to speak with someone, I was on hold for 32 minutes!! I finally got a person, who was most helpful, but unfortunately we did not get to see a show that was a Christmas gift, we traveled over an hour to see and there were no additional seats available that would fit our needs (my husband has mobility issues). My issue is that 32 minutes of hold time is totally unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

GBAccepts no responsibility for fake tickets Purchased resold tickets through this company and it turned out to be a scam. Fake tickets, lost almost $1100 as a result. This company excepts no responsibility for the tickets being fake. This company excepts no responsibilities whatsoever when it comes to any tickets purchased through this company. This is the second time fake tickets have been purchased through this company.

After I received my tracking number it was the same day as the event two hours later then the event called was charged more money to make sure I got it on time that is unacceptable. GBI placed an order for tix through Ruoff … I placed an order for tix through Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center not knowing it was going to route through ticket resellers. Within one hour of the order, I tried to cancel and the customer service personnel said all sales are final and they will not refund. Please everyone avoid this company! I am dismayed they have my card information.

GBOBSTRUCTED FRONT ROW SEATS We were shocked that we paid over $400 for "front row" seats that were almost completely obstructed by speakers on the stage. I requested a refund and they agreed to $32.80. Disgraceful. I have requested a charge back of 50% from my credit card company as I think that's fair. Next time MARK THE TICKETS WITH OBSTRUCTED VIEW AND DON'T MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS.
