THContinued learning with MVP I've done two courses and am considering doing a third through MVP. My experiences have all been excellent. I enjoy the style of teaching, the courses are well put together, and the team is always available to answer questions. Their approach to yoga is one of the most holistic that I've found out there. They prepare you to be a yoga teacher, not just an instructor. Their range of courses allows you to continue your journey as a yoga student - learning about many aspects of this ancient practice.

DEHighly recommended Highly recommended! Very well organized, very quick responses from support with questions, very good learning content & videos, simply structured. The teachers are friendly and competent. I especially like that great attention is paid to inclusive of all yoga participants, so everyone can participate in my yoga classes without restrictions. I can learn very well with MVP. Thank you!

ITBest online experience I did yoga teacher trainings (200 + 300 hrs) both online in 2020 and 2021 and until now I'm still enjoying the online events. I'm very happy and thankful for the opportunity the MVP team provides for the yoga lovers all around the world. The only thing I don't love about my online experience is the new MVP app. I definitely preferred the old app. because it would give me the ability to write messeges if I'd have any question.

GBI have had such a fantastic experience… I have had such a fantastic experience with My Vinyasa Practice. The instructors are very genuine and approachable. I've been teaching my own classes after finishing my 200 hr ytt and I feel very confident about my abilities. I very much value what I learned about making space for everyone in my class and I feel like this, especially, has made me very successful. I am now working on my 300 hour.

GBDetailed and Helpful I think this training was detailed and helped me be well educated and informed on how to be the best yoga teacher possible. I do think some tangible class structure resources of how to sequence various different types of classes would be helpful. I also think things could be slightly more streamlined. The portal is great, but the google folders can be a little confusing, not too bad, you all have it well organized, but I find myself thinking I am missing things. Overall, great training, very glad to have done it through My Vinyasa Practice.
