As an Accountant facing daily challenges in a busy sedentary life style the time I spend during face yoga sessions with Ms. Dhonisha is really relaxing and boosting our inner soul. Eventhough I didn't take the marathon continuously for 21 days I feel my skin is tightening and started reducing a little day by day. I personally recommend Ms. Donisha to people who wishes to join and do yoga sessions in a friendly environment. During class hours I learned new things but I never felt I was in a class she conducted the sessions in such a friendly way and explanations are realistic and adoptable. Yoga is a blessing and a booster When you are bored or lost confidence, hope for a while there is no solution but the best option is to do yoga and boost yourself. In my own way I have experienced it. I am very grateful for my yoga instructors Miss Donisha and Mr Amaresh for being great inspirational gurus. I myself benifited a lot through yoga. Yoga is my favourite. I learned lots of new facts after following the yoga course conducted by rhythmic yoga academy. I find myself blessed for getting to know the RYA academy and to become a student of it.

I would say Rhythmic Yoga Academy is… I would say Rhythmic Yoga Academy is the best yoga school I ever found. The teacher Mr.Amaresh is so experienced and very well knowledgable. Period. I was once convinced by my church members saying Yoga should not be practiced and it is a way that they secretly convert you into Hinduism. But since I met Amaresh online, and the explanation he gave about yoga and how it can be practiced, I was so clear and started to practice again. What he told is that there are many ways one can get to the enlightenment stage in life. By practicing yoga, you can reach enlightenment. And there are two different styles you can maintain to reach the final goal. 1. Follow yoga by chanting mantras, reciting hindu mantras and stuff to progress well in spirituality with the help of Yoga. 2. Just chant your god's name again and again for at least 2 hours a day along with yoga practice to progress on your spiritual path. (This style suites everyone from every religion to practice Yoga). I am so glad that I found Rhythmic Yoga Academy and I actually see positive changes in my life. I will remain practicing yoga & spirituality under my guru's (Amaresh's) guidance.
