One at least 3 occasions live chat was turned off on me. A Thursday cashout came 5-6 days later. Plus you have to use a 3rd party website to cash out. I also was told that I didn't have to mention a deposit and my game would be loaded only to wait as much as 5.5 hours and have to go mention it on the live chat so it would get loaded.
